Eligibility Requirements All residents of Johnson County, outside the city limits of Iowa City, Coralville, and University Heights are automatically eligible to ride SEATS.

The hours are set by the respective Councils in Iowa City, Coralville and University Heights and the Johnson County Board of Supervisors for rural service. If you have suggestions and concerns, contact your City Council or the Board of Supervisors.
