If your ride does not arrive by the end of the pick up window, you may call 339-6127 to check and see where your driver is and when they can be expected. Since this service is a shared-ride service other riders or circumstances outside the driver’s control can sometimes delay the driver. If you are calling after hours, as with same day cancels, you may page the after hours driver at 339-6128. Leave your phone number so that the driver may return your call and let you know what is happening and when you can expect them. |
