Objective
    Substance Abuse prevention program and treatment alternatives are available for youth and families.
    pointerActivity:
Fund Mid-Eastern Council on Chemical Abuse (MECCA) to provide Substance Abuse Counselors at City High and West High.

    # clinical contacts/# of classroom presentations
    #/% of youth with increased perception that alcohol abuse is harmful
    #/% of youth with a decrease belief that alcohol use is acceptable for those underage
    #/% of youth who report an intent to decrease alcohol use in the future
